What is the Entrepreneurship Program?
This program is built on practical steps that you need to operate a business. This program was designed to encourage all individuals to challenge the status quo, develop critical thinking skills and round out their ideas with a bigger picture in mind. We don't promise overnight success, we provide you with the education and support so you grow and develop with your business ideas.
Over 12 months, you will level up your education through accredited training, start or grow your business and remain accountable through individual monthly check-ins, group mentoring and quarterly reviews to reach your planned goals.
We provide the pathway for you to succeed in business as well as give you real-world skills to take with you in any future venture. This program is fully subsidised and is delivered at no cost to you.

About the program
This program is funded by the Self-Employment Assistance Program is an Australian Government initiative and is funded by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. This means that this course comes at no cost to you!We wanted to create a program that; developed practical and innovative business thinking, focused on the soft skills - they are really the hard skills!
We were driven by creating ownership in global sustainability, supporting problem solving, critical thinking and innovation as daily business practices.
Then there is the leadership aspect!

Who is the program for?
It's for the individual who understands the strength of education, mentoring and being part of a cohort that supports each other.
It's for the courageous who; are willing to do the work, are not afraid to grow and want to bring their dreams to life, have great technical skills but just no idea about the business side of things.
It's for people that want to get started on solid ground or those that are in the early stages of starting up or looking to shake up something you have started over the last 12 - 18 months.

Training
BSB40320 Certificate IV Entrepreneurship and New Business
As a part of this program, you will receive a BSB40320 Certificate IV Entrepreneurship and New Business, at the end of your learning experience, you will have set your goals, business model and have an action plan to get started!

Boot Camps
The Boot camps are in-person experiences, held on Saturday mornings and midweek nights. They are designed to complement the learning and are purposefully set in weeks 3, 6, 9 and 12 of your course. It’s a half day of learning, connecting, ideating and utilising the business tools provided during the course. This course is delivered over a 12-week time frame.

Mentoring
One-on-one Training Assessment meetings are mandatory and form part of your assessments for the course. Scheduled weekly, you will receive one-on-one coaching and tutoring with your dedicated trainer, for 10 hours across the course, these will be used to discuss the unit content and how this applies to your business.

Additional Business Advisory sessions with a trainer are available if you need them, to support your learning and the finishing of your valued qualification.
